Policy scope
This policy explains how e-Com GOD operates, the choices available to customers, and how to contact the grievance team.
Permitted use
Use e-Com GOD for lawful commerce analytics, reporting, reconciliation and internal operational decisions within workspaces you are authorised to access.
Prohibited activity
You must not misuse the service or help another person do so.
- Access another tenant, shop or individual without authorization.
- Upload malware, probe security controls, bypass plan limits or disrupt jobs, APIs or caches.
- Scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits.
- Use stolen provider credentials, unlawfully collected personal data or data that violates a provider's terms.
- Present estimated analytics as guaranteed financial, accounting or tax advice.
- Use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination or unlawful surveillance.
Enforcement
We may limit requests, investigate, suspend or terminate activity that creates security, legal or reliability risk. Where reasonable, we will notify the workspace owner and preserve an audit record. Serious issues may be reported to affected providers or authorities where legally required.
