This policy explains how e-Com GOD operates, the choices available to customers, and how to contact the grievance team.
Who we are
e-Com GOD is provided by DKN Technologies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This policy applies to the public website, customer workspaces, connected integrations, support interactions and subscription administration.
Data we process
We process the information required to create and secure accounts, operate workspaces, connect data sources, calculate analytics, administer subscriptions and respond to support requests.
- Account and team data, including names, email addresses, roles and authentication records.
- Data from Shopify and other connected sources, including orders, customers, products, inventory, advertising, web analytics, checkout, marketplace and Quick Commerce records.
- Billing references, invoice details and payment status. Razorpay processes payment credentials; e-Com GOD does not store card, UPI or banking credentials.
- Technical and usage information such as security signals derived from IP addresses, browser details, audit events, feature usage, errors and cookie preferences.
- Messages and files voluntarily supplied for onboarding, support, reconciliation or reporting.
Why we process it
We use data to provide contracted services, secure accounts, calculate requested analytics, reconcile sources, deliver reports, enforce plan limits, bill subscriptions, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
- Marketing analytics on the public website is optional and loads only after consent.
- Connected commerce data is used for the customer workspace that authorised the connection.
- Aggregated or anonymised operational statistics may be used to improve the service where they cannot reasonably identify a customer or individual.
Providers and international processing
Service delivery uses PostgreSQL and application services hosted by DKN Technologies, plus Razorpay and the commerce or advertising providers a workspace chooses to connect. External providers may process data in India or other locations under their own contractual and security safeguards.
- Shopify and selected commerce connectors provide source data.
- PostgreSQL stores authentication, tenant facts, jobs, and durable dashboard snapshots on the controlled VPS.
- Razorpay processes subscription payments and related notifications.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and commerce data while a workspace is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for recovery, security, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Backup deletion may take additional time. Verified owners can request export or deletion through the Data Deletion page.
- Billing and tax records may be retained for statutory periods.
- Webhook deduplication and audit records may be retained where required to preserve integrity and investigate misuse.
- Connected provider tokens are revoked or deleted when the applicable integration or workspace is closed, subject to recovery and legal holds.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or grievance review by contacting DKN Technologies Grievance Desk at hello@dkntechnologies.com. We may verify identity and workspace authority before acting on a request.
Security and changes
We use authorization scoped to each workspace, encryption for stored connector credentials, restricted service access, audit logs and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
