This policy explains how e-Com GOD operates, the choices available to customers, and how to contact the grievance team.
Free trial
The 14 day trial does not create a subscription charge by itself. A payment mandate and paid plan must be explicitly authorised before Razorpay can collect subscription fees.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation from workspace billing or by emailing hello@dkntechnologies.com from an owner email. Unless an immediate termination is required for security or legal reasons, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period and access continues until then.
- Cancelling does not automatically delete workspace data.
- A cancelled Razorpay subscription may require a new mandate to reactivate.
- Export required reports before requesting account deletion.
Charges that cannot be refunded
Ordinary monthly and annual subscription charges cannot be refunded and are not prorated when a customer cancels, stops using the service, disconnects a source or downgrades after a billing period has started.
Exceptional refund review
Contact hello@dkntechnologies.com within seven calendar days of the charge when there is a duplicate or erroneous charge, successful payment without service provisioning, incorrect plan provisioning or another refund required by applicable law.
- Include the workspace, invoice and Razorpay payment references.
- We may request evidence needed to verify the charge and service status.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 7 business days, subject to the bank and Razorpay.
Plan changes
Upgrades or downgrades follow the amount and effective date disclosed during the Razorpay flow. Where a payment processor creates a credit or charge for an immediate change, that processor record governs the adjustment.
