Everything to know before you connect.
Product, data, billing and security answers for commerce operators.
01What does e-Com GOD replace?+
It replaces the daily spreadsheet joins needed to compare store sales, advertising, checkout, marketplace, inventory and profit data. Reports for individual sources remain available for audit and reconciliation.
02How is revenue kept accurate?+
Shopify remains the authority for website sales. GoKwik checkout value and revenue attributed by advertising platforms are labelled separately and are never added to Shopify sales. Provider IDs and idempotent upserts prevent duplicate counting.
03Can I connect more than one Shopify shop?+
Yes. Growth supports three shops and Scale supports ten. Workspace filters let you inspect one shop or a consolidated view that respects each currency.
04How fresh is the data?+
Shopify webhooks are processed continuously with scheduled reconciliation. Most marketing and analytics connectors refresh hourly. Every metric shows its source and last calculated time.
05What happens when a source is missing?+
The metric is marked unavailable, incomplete or estimated. e-Com GOD does not replace missing inputs with a misleading zero or fabricate unsupported delivery, RTO or attribution values.
06Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every workspace starts with a 14 day trial. No subscription charge is made until a Razorpay mandate is explicitly authorised.
07Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Cancellation can be scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues until that date, subject to the Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
08Does e-Com GOD store card or UPI credentials?+
No. Subscription payment credentials are processed by Razorpay. e-Com GOD stores billing references, payment status and invoice metadata required to operate the subscription.
09Who can access a workspace?+
Workspace owners invite team members as Owner, Admin, Analyst or Viewer. Server authorization and PostgreSQL row level security enforce workspace boundaries.
10Is the demo real customer data?+
No. Public product previews use clearly labelled, internally consistent illustrative data. The local demo workspace may use your configured development dataset.
